Corporate Bio of Dr. Tzvee Zahavy

An accomplished university professor and corporate consultant, Tzvee Zahavy has been in information technology, Web production and technical writing since 1996. He brings you more than 20 years of editorial, writing, publishing, instructional and managerial experience.

At Cantor Fitzgerald Tzvee worked in the market data group to write and coordinate all documention and to develop the Sharepoint intranet.

At SunGard Data Systems Tzvee developed custom ASP/SQL tools to manage networking, telecommunications, production, project, data center monitoring and other mission critical corporate information. He designed the Company Web portal using SharePoint Portal Server. He authored Intranet front end interfaces and created the database backend for the company staff directory, time-tracking and network management for the BRASS network. Tzvee managed, edited and wrote documentation for the company IT Operations Group.

At Morgan Stanley Tzvee worked with all levels of I.T. professionals to create documentation for over 250 Market Data products for print publication and for distribution on the corporate Intranet. He designed, produced and coded the Web site for the Global Market Data group of Morgan Stanley, working with dozens of staff at the corporate headquarters and with staff at the Europe, Hong Kong and Tokyo offices.

At Prudential Tzvee worked with developers, managers and business users to document every technical level and aspect of a Sybase database intensive enterprise-wide general ledger replacement project. In his position as Senior Technical Writer for Graphnet, an international telecommunications corporation, he produced electronic and hardcopy documentation for complex network systems, routers, bridges, data networks, software, end-user applications, and edited the corporate Web site content.

Tzvee is a proficient information developer of traditional and customized documentation sets -- user manuals, "getting started" booklets, install guides and the like. Cutting edge companies today need more than just top-notch technical writing. Tzvee also is creative and proficient in Web site design, graphics and multimedia, with four+ years of leadership experience including a stint as a hands-on editor-in-chief and publisher of an award-winning Internet and print "online community" publication.
